Shipping policy

Any regular order is expected to ship out within 3-5 business days.

 

Under no circumstances will shipping charges be refunded. If clients need customization or to fix any item, the shop will not provide shipping or re-shipping charges.

Expedited shipping will be extra depending on the item and the urgency.
