Refund policy

All sale is final and no exchange. 

Due to the nature of our business, we don't have any refund option.

Every single item we sell and ship out for you is inspected by us.

We will do everything in our power to meet your need.


Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

But still, any item or package gets damaged in between shipping and delivery you can reach out to us and we will look into the matter. But for that contact has to be made within 24 hours of receiving the product. There is no alternative to that matter. 

Most of the time because of careless handling some pieces will break or come off. We are not responsible for any damages that occurred during the shipping process. In that case, we will help you and send you proper instructions to fix it. 

If you ordered something to the wrong address and did not let us know, we are not responsible for the wrong address delivery.

Every item listed on the website has a clear picture from all angel and is described in the best way possible. If you need to see more pictures or videos please let us know we are happy to help. But ' I don't like it in person' is not a valid reason to refund or exchange. We won't be able to honor that.

If you think something looks different than the product profile due to lighting or editing you won't get a refund. We are very careful about our product information.

If you receive something you did not order we will happily correct our mistake. Even for that, the time limit applies.

Any product that you think is heavier than expected does not qualify for a refund. If they are longer than expected or do not match with your ''Face type'' that does not qualify for a refund. 

If you did not accept a delivery and courier company shipped back to us we are not gonna reship it. In that case, you can contact back us and arrange redelivery. 

If in some case the shipping company lost your package we will try our best to help and work with the company. But We do not take any responsibility for any mission package that has been delivered. unfortunately, there is not a lot we can do. In many cases we have one item, we cant get the product to resend to you or offer a refund. Please write to us or get in touch as soon as you can.

 

If your order is more than $300 bawari will purchase signed delivery insurance for your parcel. Anything less than that a client can request to get registered delivery with e extra fee of charge. 

If the shipping company charges you any other custom fee or any legal resurrectional fees we are not liable for it. We will only charge you the product and shipping fees any other additional cost based on where you live is your responsibility.

Mostly everything gets shipped on Monday of the week. If you have an urgent order that needs a special delivery arrangement let us know.

Items sent back to us without first informing us will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Custom Order 

Any custom order or bangle order will not be refunded. We most cases designed or altered an item or multiple items for you we will not take it back. 

Special bangle or Choora order, if they don't fit or you need in a different size we can look into the matter. But within 24 hours. If we received the complaint within the period of 24 hours we will change it to a different size but in that case, you are responsible to ship the product back to us. We won't send you a return label.

Our standard bangle size is posted on your bangle sizing page. If the item was sent to you as promised but for some reason did not fit you it’s not on us. 

We are not responsible for any sizing issue of the bangle. If you want to exchange it for a different size and its available we will exchange it but in that case,  you have to ship the original set back and pay for the new set's shipping cost.

No refund will be provided. 

 

Special products: Nose pin, Nath, Earring, Jutti are not in any circumstance in return, refund, or exchangeable.
